WHAT ARE COOKIES?

Cookies are short text files that are sent from the website you are visiting to the user's device (personal computer, tablet, cell phone, etc.), where they are stored and then transmitted back to the same website on the next visit.

Cookies can be installed by the same operator of the website that the user is visiting ("first-party cookies"), and also by the operator of a different website/web server that installs cookies through the former (so-called "third-party cookies"). This is because on the visited site, for example, there may be elements (images, maps, sounds, specific links to web pages of other domains, etc.) that reside on servers other than that of the visited site. Cookies are used for different purposes: performing computer authentication, session tracking, storing information about specific configurations regarding users accessing the server, storing preferences, enabling efficient navigation between pages, remembering favorite sites, and generally improving the browsing experience.Depending on the function and purpose of use, cookies can be divided into technical cookies and profiling cookies.

1.       ANALYTICAL COOKIES
Cookies of this type are used to collect information about site usage. The Owner uses this information for statistical analysis, to improve the site and simplify its use, as well as to monitor its proper functioning. This type of cookie collects information anonymously about users' activity on the site and how they arrived at the Site and the pages they visited. Cookies in this category are sent from the Site itself or from third-party domains.

2.       THIRD-PARTY TRACKING COOKIES
Cookies of this type are used to collect information about visitors' use of the Web site, keywords used to reach the site, Web sites visited, and traffic origins from which visitors come for marketing campaigns. The owner may use this information to compile reports and improve the Site. Cookies collect information in an anonymous form. Cookies of this type are sent from the Site itself or from third-party domains.

3.       THIRD-PARTY FEATURE INTEGRATION COOKIES.
Cookies of this type are used to integrate third-party functionality into the Site (e.g., comment forms or social network icons that allow visitors to share site content). Cookies in this category may be sent from the domains of partner sites or sites that otherwise offer the functionality on the Site. The Owner is not required to request the user's consent for technical cookies, as these are strictly necessary for the provision of the service. For other types of cookies, consent may be expressed by the User, in accordance with current legislation, through specific configurations of the browser and computer programs or devices that are easy and clear for the User to use. The Owner reminds the User that it is possible to change cookie preferences at any time. It is also possible to disable cookies from the browser at any time, but this operation may prevent the User from using certain parts of the Site.

4.       THIRD PARTY WEBSITES
The Site contains links to other Web sites that have their own privacy policies. These privacy policies may be different from the one adopted by the Owner, who is therefore not responsible for Third Party Sites.

Pursuant to Article 122 second paragraph of Legislative Decree 196/2003, consent to the use of such cookies is expressed by the person concerned through the individual setting that he freely chose for the browser used to navigate the site, without prejudice to the user's right to communicate at any time to the Data Controller his will regarding data managed through cookies that the browser itself has accepted:

The Site uses remarketing with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook, Instagram, Skype, Twitter, Youtube, Vimeo to promote products or services online.
The Site and some third-party vendors, including Google, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Skype, Youtube, Vimeo use both proprietary cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) and third-party cookies to inform, optimize, and serve ads based on users' previous visits to your website.
Visitors can disable Google's use of cookies by visiting the Google Ads Preferences page. Alternatively, you can instruct visitors to opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page.
